1. Request form from a physician.
2. Your insurance cards.
3. Any previous x-rays pertaining to this study.
4. Wear appropriate clothing, elastic waist bands
and little or no jewelry.

Most studies are done very quickly; we
do our best to make sure everyone is taken care

Who
will do my exam?
A Registered & Licensed technologist
will do your study. A Board Certified & Licensed
Radiologist will interpret the results and dictate
a report to your Physician.

Do
I need an appointment for a plain x-ray?
We perform x-rays on a walk-in basis
at all of our locations. You will however be required
to have a written order from your physician with
you or have it faxed to the office you will be
going to.

approximate wait time for an x-ray is usually
10 – 15 minutes.

Can
I have my results sent to multiple doctors?
We will gladly send your results to as
many physicians as you would like to have them.

Do
I have to pay for parking?
Parking is free at all of our locations.
At our Syracuse location you will be required
to take a ticket on your way into the parking
lot. Our office staff will validate your parking
ticket for the time spent with us.

When
will my results be available?
Your exam will be interpreted on the
day it is taken. Your results can be called to
your doctor immediately, faxed or mailed. Your
mammogram results will be received on the day
of your exam.

What
is your CT scanner like?
Our CT scanners consist of an open table
with a giant ring at one end. Depending on the
body part being scanned, you may have to be slightly
inside the ring however it is not an enclosed
exam. You will be in constant, uninterrupted contact
with the technologist during the entire exam.

Can
I take my results with me?
Your exams are available to be burned
to a CD shortly after your exam is completed.
You are welcome to wait or we can mail your CD
to the physician(s) you request.

We will gladly work with you on a case
